Penny Pritchard
Program Director/Co-founder

Penny recently moved back to her hometown Bend, OR. She lived in the Tahoe/Reno area for 10 years where she earned a Bachelor's in Community Health Sciences and a Master's in Public Health from the University of Nevada, Reno. Inspired by her love for the outdoors and interest to help youth experiencing tough times, Penny co-founded Project Snow.

Eric Wallis

Raised in Tahoe City California, Eric moved on to the University of San Diego, where he received a Bachelors of Arts degree, in International Relations. Over a span of more than 15 years, Eric has worked for environmental and social non-profits, and in sales, product, and marketing for various outdoor and snow companies. Eric spits his time between Lake Tahoe and Ventura, CA where he works for Patagonia as the Product Line Manager for the Snow and Mountain Bike categories.

Travis Parker

Travis (on the left) is an extremely talented pro snowboarder who has a heart of gold when it comes to teaching kids to snowboard. In the early days of Project Snow, he donated his own personal snowboard collection including his last pro model board that was ever made.

Michelle Baker

Michelle is originally from Southern California and moved to Truckee, Ca with her family when she was ten years old. Once living in the mountains, she instantly fell in love with the snow and was fortunate to learn to snowboard. As program coordinator, Michelle loves to share her longtime passion of snowboarding with participants. She believes the snowboard community has shaped who she is today and wants others to have similar experiences.
